We had a great stay! The house is in the perfect location for everything in Raleigh. Awesome that we were able to bring our dog who loved the huge fenced in backyard. This home is in a great location and has a big back yard for dogs. The bed was quite comfy, and the house had everything we needed for a quick overnight stay on the way home from a road trip.

Awesome Location! Host maintained open professional communication throughout our stay. We chose this location based on proximity to NC State. Nice BIG backyard and quiet community. Beds were comfortable and showers were nice and hot even when using both showers at once due to our own time constraints. Definitely hope to stay again while my daughter attends college.

This bungalow is absolutely wonderful. Great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. Convenient to NCSU.
The pictures here are totally accurate.
We were thrilled to see the size of the fenced back yard, as were our three dachshunds. It’s much larger than it appears. Little things make a difference, like a pet bed with a blanket and a throw for the bed for then to lay on and a full treat jar on the kitchen counter and a water bowl.

Great traditional bungalow in a great location. We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s. The house was perfect for the three of us and our dog. The yards were great to let the dog out and the neighborhood was very enjoyable for taking the dog for a walk. It was conveniently located to the NCSU campus, tons of restaurants and downtown. We drove everywhere within 10 minutes.
We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house and location, and Andrea was very responsive when I asked her questions. The fenced yard was also very nice, especially for a dog. Only complaint is that the wifi didn’t work well and I had to restart it multiple times before it was workable.
There is also a $100 Processing fee, and checkout requires multiple steps that seem more burdensome than most Airbnb’s. I would have expected with that expensive of a Processing fee, checkout wouldn’t require so many extra steps.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at Andrea’s place! The home is just as it’s shown in the pictures and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. We loved the charm of the place and the location was just what we were looking for – very walkable. The fenced in front and backyard were perfect for us with our dog. This darling home has a great northern feel right in a great location close to Cameron Village. We walked A LOT – coffee shop to coffee shop one morning and enjoyed dinner from Tazza two evenings in a row (one outside and one to go). The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms just enough to be homey, and the front and back porch are both delightful.

Traveling during the Covid-19 pandemic was a frightening experience. Andrea did a great job of assuring us that the house had been thoroughly cleaned and that guest stays were being spaced out to ensure the safety of her guests.
The house was as-described. While the seating was a bit tight during the day when our kids and our son’s girlfriend visited, we had plenty of room when it was just my wife and I along with our pup. Izzy loved running in the large fenced-in back yard and being able to greet the kids in the fenced-in front yard. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with pots, pans and cutlery to allow us to make some fairly elaborate meals, even if we had to cook some items in batches. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showering and frequent hand-washing.
This was not our normal long weekend trip due to social distancing protocols. We brought all of our food with us, re-disinfected the house upon arrival (my wife is a nurse), and spent most of our time in the house cooking or playing board games. I’ve stayed in homes with many more amenities, but Andrea’s place gave us a safe haven to be able to visit our kids during these difficult times. And it was only .6 miles from my daughter’s place.

Andrea’s place is a great place for everyone who wants to visit Raleigh, especially if you have dogs. The fenced in yard is quite sizable, allowing for plenty of room for your companions to run and play. The home is stylish, clean, and stocked with almost any amenity that you would need, including cookware. In regard to location, it doesn’t take long to get anywhere in Raleigh from here. Its also within walking distance (~0.5 mi) to a nice shopping area with a few coffee shops for those of us who are also coffee addicts. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable for a short or long term stay with full kitchen, laundry, and fast wifi. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend.
