Enjoy coffee on the balcony while seeing the sunrise over the ocean or enjoy a morning stroll on the beach. This condo is the perfect place for a family vacay or a couple’s retreat! Home is newly painted & decorated. Enjoy the complex’s private salt water pool (lounge chairs and picnic tables). Pool is open from May to Oct. Living Area: When you first walk through the door, you are greeted with an open concept living area. The living room is cozy with ample seating. It opens up to a patio with a stunning view of the ocean, perfect for watching the sun rise with a cup of coffee before and exciting day of your stay. There is a Smart TV for your enjoyment as well. The Kitchen: The updated kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. A full size refrigerator and range are perfect for when you want to have family meal at your home away from home. There is a microwave, a coffee maker, and there’s a dishwasher! You won’t have to worry about spending your vacation doing the dishes. Master Bedroom: Furnished with a queen sized bed, you’ll feel right at home in this comfortable space. The en suite bathroom will give you the necessary privacy you look for during a family vacation. The master bedroom comes equipped with a Smart TV and has access to the patio. 2nd Bedroom: This large bedroom is furnished with two single beds. It comes equipped with a Smart TV. There is a second full bathroom for guests in this bedroom to use.Guest access
